Sapelo Island

These photos are from a trip to Sapelo Island that I take with friends each May. Sapelo is one of my favorite places to go, simply because of the miles of beach that are undeveloped (a rarity these days!)

Battle of Byron Festival

The Battle of Byron is the annual community festival in Byron, Ga. It is a great small community festival with all sorts of competitions (mud volleyball, high heels race, tricycle race, bed race, egg toss, etc...), plus an antique car and motorcycle show, craft and food, and live entertainment.
