Well the county is all talking about the new tax assessment that was just released. Most everyone's value went up. I am not sure why mine actually dropped a few bucks, but it did. True enough that I have not made any significant improvements, but I would have guessed that it would go up a bit...not that I am complaining.
All that I can say about it is that I hope the trend for my house continues!
