Well, it took a bit, but spring is finally here!The flowers around my house are blooming...as the peach, camellias, redbuds, and daffodils begin to fade, the azaleas, dogwoods, and vinca are beginning to flower.
The grass should be greening up very soon too.
The pecan trees are also beginning to leaf out, so it will be back to the shade for the back acre of my yard very soon.
The trees around the house and in the back are a mixed blessing...I love the shade during the summer, but I always worry about those huge trees just a few feet from the house when storms come through.

Your azaleas are very pretty! And I bet your kitty enjoys watching the birds through the window at that feeder :)
