PhotoHunt's theme this Saturday is "PAINTED"....so I decided to post a Painted Bunting.
This little bird is on of my all time favorites. Painted Buntings are just so colorful. They almost look like they have been dipped in red, blue, and green paint. This one was captured by Norman Smith. My own photo of the "rainbow bird" didn't do it justice.

I've never seen that bird before. I thought I had seen most all of them too. He's beautiful.
