Today's PhotoHunt is "Entertainment".
For me, this morning's entertainment was a swarm of Junebugs in the front yard. I don't know why, but they are a couple of months late. I watched for over an hour as all sorts of birds took advantage of the bounty and ate dozens of the junebugs.

although an unusual form of entertainment for us humans...I'm sure the birds were quite entertained by those nasty bugs!

Keeping my fingers crossed that june-bugs pass us by this year...or at least are few. I hate them flying around! We have lots of crows that hang around our property, so maybe they've kept the grub population down...hope so!
August 1st is definitely late for JUNEbugs. Looks like the birds were thoroughly enjoying a good time.
That certainly is a different form of entertainment!

Yes, food is clearly one of the best forms of entertainment...I prefer to look at June bugs, though. I haven't seen any for years!
